We are currently seeking a highly motivated and service-driven Lifestyle Director to deliver an unparalleled residential experience. This individual will be instrumental in creating a seamless, intuitive living environment that anticipates resident needs, fosters meaningful engagement, and elevates the standard of daily living.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Act as the primary liaison between residents and the property management team to ensure clear communication, prompt service, and exceptional hospitality at every touchpoint.
  • Oversee daily operations and programs within resident amenities and facilities, maintaining an exceptional standard of quality and care.
  • Coordinate personalized resident services including move-ins/outs, dry cleaning, dog walking, apartment cleanings, TV mounting, furniture installations, and more.
  • Manage resident onboarding, including welcome communications, elevator scheduling, insurance verification, and virtual package room organization.
  • Strategically report resident feedback and facilities usage insights to the developer to help shape programming and service offerings.
  • Execute and manage a robust calendar of events, including resident-hosted occasions, vendor coordination, payments, and day-of logistics.
  • Provide high-touch, concierge-level support to residents, ensuring all requests are met with timely, professional, and proactive service, with seamless coordination across service hours.

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE

  • Proven experience in high-touch hospitality, property management, or luxury residential services.
  • Naturally anticipates resident needs with a proactive mindset and commitment to going above and beyond.
  • Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail; able to juggle multiple responsibilities and priorities.
  • Strong communicator with the ability to interface confidently with both residents and developers.
  • Tech-savvy and comfortable managing membership software, maintenance scheduling systems, and digital communication tools.
  • Able to troubleshoot and perform light maintenance on fitness equipment and other amenities like coffee machines, projectors, simulators, and A/V systems while guiding residents in proper use.
  • Flexible availability to attend developer meetings, respond to resident needs, and ensure smooth operational flow.
